AMD agrees to buy World Labs for about $8.2B
AMD announced an all-stock agreement to acquire World Labs, the spatial-intelligence model company led by Fei-Fei Li. The transaction is valued at about $8.2 billion and is expected to close by the end of 2026, subject to approvals.
