CoreWeave announced Forge on September 30 as a development layer that connects training, inference, evaluation and agent development. Its launch combines experiment tracking, notebooks, agent observability, sandboxes, a registry and post-training services, while CoreWeave says the platform is open across models, frameworks and clouds. MasterClass and Canva are named as early users.

The useful idea is the feedback loop: production traces can become evaluation data and the next version can be checked before release. It may reduce handoff work, but inspect permissions, data ownership and portability.

Try the smallest end-to-end loop you can measure. Capture one production-like trace, turn it into a test, change the agent, and compare the result with the old version. Watch whether the claimed open formats survive a move to another cloud or framework.
