NVIDIA adds a hardware watchdog to its open agent-safety stack

NVIDIA's Open Agent Safety Platform combines OpenShell, which traces actions and enforces policy, with Sentry, an out-of-band watchdog on BlueField-4 DPUs. The company says the design can monitor agent behavior independently of the agent and isolate a boundary violation in milliseconds. It also lists partners working on integrations across software, infrastructure, finance and robotics.
