Anthropic founders seek voting control ahead of IPO
Anthropic is asking shareholders to approve special shares that would give its CEO and six co-founders 50.1% of votes on most corporate matters if at least three retain a minimum stake. The shares would preserve control without extra economic value as the company prepares to go public.
