Floqer builds a continuously updated customer knowledge layer

The useful sales agent is not another chat window; it is a maintained evidence layer that keeps customer records current between human interactions.

TechCrunch reported on October 14 that Floqer is building an autonomous customer-knowledge platform for B2B revenue teams. Its agents collect information from more than 100 third-party sources, continuously enrich CRM records and keep prospect context current. The company says prospecting time can fall by up to 70%, that it has more than 1,000 customers and that customers include Perplexity, Wise and AngelList.

The product opportunity is maintenance, not summarisation. A CRM becomes useful when the evidence behind a record stays fresh and sales people can see what changed. Floqer plans to open source parts of the technology in early 2027, subject to security work. Until then, builders should test source quality, change detection, duplicate handling and the cost of refreshing records before measuring pipeline lift.

What you can do with it

Pick one segment and five source types. Let an agent update a test CRM, but require source links, timestamps and a confidence field for every change. Compare research time and accepted-field accuracy with the existing manual process before scaling the refresh schedule.

Our take

This is a stronger agent pattern than a generic sales copilot because it owns freshness. The risk is silent contamination: a bad source can spread through every account. Evidence links and review queues should be core features, not later controls.
