ElevenLabs reaches a $22B valuation through a $300M employee tender

ElevenLabs said on September 30 that it completed a $300 million employee tender offer at a $22 billion valuation. The company said that is double its Series D valuation from February, and that Wellington and T. Rowe Price led the transaction. The tender gave holders liquidity; it was not a normal primary funding round.
For makers, the useful signal is the demand behind a voice-agent business, not the headline valuation alone. ElevenLabs said enterprise customers made up 55% of revenue and that firms use its agents for support and operations. Those are company-reported figures, not an independent revenue audit.
Separate funding, secondary liquidity, revenue, and customer usage in your own scorecard. If you are building voice workflows, test task completion, response time, escalation, and repeat use with real buyers before treating a private-market mark as product proof.
