1. shy kids started from a script and highly descriptive prompts — the writing came first, not improvised prompting.
2. Because the model could not keep Sonny consistent between shots, the team generated hundreds of clips and selected at roughly a 300:1 ratio.
3. The character arrived in post: faces and strings removed from the balloon in After Effects, shots retimed, stabilised, graded and upscaled, with Patrick Cederberg performing the voice.
